About Us
the Beginning
We started in the food service business as Cooley's Catfish Shack. For over 25 years, we have evolved from cooking fried catfish and tasty sides for family members, to cooking for special events, festivals and restaurants. Our delicious fried catfish has been featured at the Fort Worth Stockshow & Rodeo, Mayfest, Main Street Arts Festival, Texas Motor Speedway, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and the World Catfish Festival in Belzoni, Mississippi.

Our corn meal breading is mixed with a special blend of seasonings and spices that gives fried catfish that down-home taste. Spices that not only can you see, but even smell, and there’s no MSG!
